Khamis pointed to the enemy's attack on the area of ​​the Ahlul Bayt (AS) and the formation of the defenders of the Holy Shrine, and added: "General Hajj Qassem Soleimani fought with the flag of the guardianship and was martyred, and this is why the Islamic Revolution is the flagbearer of Ghadir, and the principle of the guardianship of the jurist is its preserver and guardian, and the main point of the compass that guides social movements in society. History will testify that our honor lies in the guardianship."

Reciting verses from Surah Al-Anbiya, he spoke about the compatibility of the system of creation and legislation, and reminded: "The path of prophethood leads to Imamate and guardianship. Humanity needs infallibility and purification from impurities."

The head of the Endowments and Charity Affairs Organization said in another part of his speech: "Knowledge is king. Knowledge creates power. Today, human buildings and tools are constantly advancing and a huge amount of information is being produced. I do not consider this space virtual and I believe that a network like the metaverse is an aspect of human life today."

Khamis concluded by emphasizing the importance of applying up-to-date science and technology in the country and reminded that: The Endowment Organization manages numerous knowledge-based activities in accordance with the orders of the Supreme Leader.
