According to the Public Relations Department of the Endowments and Charity Affairs Organization, Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Seyyed Mehdi Khamushi, the head of the Endowments and Charity Affairs Organization, stated at the conference of the trustees of the holy sites of the Islamic world: "I request that you put the recognition of important issues on the agenda of this meeting; we must pay attention to what the current issues of the Shiite world and the geography of the Islamic world are, so that you can formulate your plan and program for the year based on those issues."

Regarding the incident of Ghadir-e-Kham, he emphasized: Ghadir is the same divine revelation that if the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) had not spoken, he would not have completed his mission; Ghadir is the most important pillar of Islamic governments that emphasizes leadership, wilaya, and authority.

The head of the Endowments and Charity Affairs Organization reminded: It is quite clear why the hegemonic system, namely America and the Zionist regime, have focused their focus on attacking the issue of Imamate; the issue of Imamate in the present era is an issue of the world of wealth, force, deceit, and the world has become arrogant.

Referring to the verse "...whoever disbelieves in the tyrant...", Hujjat al-Islam wa'l-Muslimeen Khamisu stated: "Those who fight the tyrant are centered on the issue of Imamate; when the issue of Imamate is not raised and the affairs of society are not in the hands of the Imam and the power of Imamate, the Wahhabi system, that is, the system that can be combined with the Zionist system, is formed, and the interests of the Islamic world are placed at the service of the system of domination."

Stating that the main focal point for defending the sanctity of religion and pure Islam is the issue of guardianship, he said: "I request that the sermons of Imam Hussein (AS) be studied from Medina to Mecca, from Mecca to Karbala, and in Karbala; I believe that if Ghadir had been respected and the message of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) had been paid attention to, the incident of Karbala would not have happened; therefore, Arbaeen and the incident of Ashura are the most important gatherings of Shiites and the Ahlul Bayt (AS) against the system of domination."

The head of the Endowments and Charity Affairs Organization continued: "Currently, the regime is thinking about Arbaeen in its plans and plans; I request that you pay special attention to the issues I mentioned regarding Arbaeen; we should all facilitate more people's presence in Arbaeen."

Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Khamushi, pointing out that in discussing Arbaeen, we should consider the proximity between religions and sects, and added: The Christian author Antoine Barra has written two books;One collection is about Imam Hussein (AS) and his movement, and the other is about Hazrat Zainab (AS) in the discussion of captivity; this author's book about Hazrat Zainab (AS) is called "Zainab Sarkha Akmalt Masira"; Antoine Bara composed a long poem after participating in the Arbaeen ceremony, and at the end of the poem he says that I suggest to all mankind that they choose the path of Imam Hussein (AS) in order to achieve perfection.

Emphasizing that we must facilitate and assist the work of the Arbaeen pilgrims, he said: "I think that the heat of Arbaeen this year will be unbearable, so ice, ice cream, and the construction of cool air tunnels are necessary; we must equip the processions with cold-producing devices."

The head of the Endowments and Charity Affairs Organization, pointing out that Iran is a transit point for Pakistani, Afghan, Indian, and Azerbaijani pilgrims from within Iran to Iraq, stated: We must provide services from the point of entry of pilgrims into Iran to the exit route towards Iraq; approximately 375 Arbaeen processions are being equipped and prepared by the Endowments and Charity Affairs Organization inside Iran and inside Iraq; services in Samarra have also increased every year.

Regarding the Holy Year of Adha programs, Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Khamis said: The Holy Year of Adha program should be uploaded for everyone to see; the Holy Year of Adha program should be planned and designed based on needs assessment and surveys.

Regarding the transfer of the experience of the holy sites of the Islamic world to each other, he added: For example, Astan Quds Razavi has good experience in museum management and manuscripts, and it can transfer it to the other holy sites of the Islamic world.

The head of the Endowments and Charity Affairs Organization concluded by saying: "I suggest that we not wait for the meeting and that virtual meetings of various committees be held using this tool, and that the results of the committee meetings be presented in in-person meetings."
