According to the Public Relations Department of the Endowment and Charity Affairs Organization, a meeting of the Productivity System Promotion Committee in this organization was held to review the implementation process of the approval of the Council of Ministers and the National Productivity Organization and to formulate and communicate productivity promotion policies in the Endowment and Charity Affairs Organization.
In this meeting, which was attended by the general managers of the general staff departments and representatives of various departments; Dr. Mohammad Molaei, Director General of Planning, Supervision and Organizational Transformation of the Endowment and Charity Affairs Organization, stated that this organization has eight program titles in the field of productivity promotion and there is a possibility of increasing these programs, and stated: At the same time, the Endowment Organization has not succeeded in attracting credits in the field of productivity and there is room for additional efforts by colleagues in this field.
He pointed out that good measures are being taken to increase the productivity percentage in the Endowment and Charity Affairs Organization, adding: In this regard, in order to measure productivity in the organization, productivity indicators were updated last year, and in the field of improving productivity, reform and improvement of processes are being carried out.
The Director General of Planning, Supervision and Organizational Transformation of the Endowment and Charity Affairs Organization, referring to some measures regarding improving the organization's rental processes, which will lead to increased productivity and client satisfaction, stated: In the field of electronic conclusion of the rental document, tenants used to have to go through 47 steps, but with the improvement of the rental process, it has now been reduced to 17 steps, which in turn will lead to an improvement in productivity indicators.
Molaei listed the implementation of the intelligent reporting system (BI) as one of the ongoing programs and said: Every part of the organization needs timely and accurate statistics and information in order to make the right decisions, and the creation of this system can lead to increased productivity, elimination of damages, and availability of online statistics.
He mentioned the design and implementation of the pilgrimage system in the holy sites, the employment of the endowment trustee, the design and implementation of the investment project information site, and the project management and control system as among the ongoing projects of the Endowment Organization to improve productivity indicators.
